The reason for this is simple. After a couple of years working from home, employees have experienced the benefits of working from the home-office. And they are not too keen in coming back to the office on a regular basis. At least not the way they were before. And once you get a taste of freedom, it is hard to lure employees back to the office. Hence, there is an office interieur design trend shift. Big open-plan offices are converted into creative hubs and meeting spots.
